Billion Vietnam is an investment project of Billion Group, located in the Phu Dong Industrial Zone, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. It is one of the key projects under the "Belt and Road" Initiative and is also the largest polyester engineering production enterprise in Vietnam.

Billion Vietnam has an annual designed production capacity of 780,000 tons, including 200,000 tons of polyester filament, 550,000 tons of polyester bottle chips, and 30,000 tons of recycled filament. In 2019, the company's 200,000-ton polyester filament project was successfully launched. In 2022, Billion further invested approximately USD 73.9 million to build new polyester bottle chips production facilities in Vietnam, with an expected annual capacity of 300,000 tons.

Billion Vietnam's products are mainly sold in Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and the Vietnamese domestic market. In the first half of 2022, Billion's revenue in Vietnam reached RMB 510 million, a year-on-year increase of nearly 70%, demonstrating strong market growth potential.

The Billion Vietnam project has not only created a large number of job opportunities locally but also promoted in-depth development of capacity cooperation between China and Vietnam. The project is included in the "Memorandum of Understanding on the List of China-Vietnam Capacity Cooperation Projects in 2017" and has become a model project for friendly cooperation between the two countries.
